(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes and publicly announces this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") to outline how we appropriately protect and use customers' personal information in the course of operating this website and conducting our business.

The collection of access logs is conducted by analyzing system-recorded data, extracting necessary information based on specific conditions (e.g., period, usage status). These logs are used only for the purposes specified in Section 2 of this Policy and not for any other purposes.
5.RETENTION PERIOD
The Company defines the retention period for customers' personal information and access logs within the necessary scope for the intended purpose. Once the retention period expires or the purpose of use is achieved, the Company promptly deletes the personal information. However, this does not apply in the following cases, as stipulated in Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the "Guidelines for Personal Information Protection in Telecommunications Business":
When required by law.
When the individual has given consent.
When it is necessary for the telecommunications business operator to retain personal information for business operations and there is a reasonable justification for not deleting it.
When there are special reasons for not deleting the personal information beyond the aforementioned cases.
6.RESTRICTIONS ON THIRD-PARTY PROVISIONS

However, the Company may outsource the handling of customers' personal data to third parties within the necessary scope for achieving the specified purposes in Section 2.
When requested by courts, administrative agencies, supervisory authorities, or other public institutions in accordance with laws and regulations.
When providing information to third parties for research and analysis related to the use of the Company's products and services.
When providing information to third parties for advertisement distribution or display.
When providing information to third parties for distributing or displaying product information within services provided by the Company or third parties.

The Company ensures that customers' personal data is kept up to date and implements appropriate security measures to prevent information leakage, loss, destruction, and alteration.
8.MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Company conducts education and training for all employees regarding personal data protection and continuously implements proper management. Additionally, when outsourcing the handling of customers' personal data to third parties, the Company properly manages the outsourcing entities.
9.METHODS FOR DISCLOSURE, CORRECTION, DELETION, ERASURE, AND SUSPENSION OF USE
Customers have the right to request the disclosure (including records of third-party provision and reception), correction, deletion, erasure, and suspension of use of their retained personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
